Orders & Returns

Items can be exchanged or refunded within fourteen (14) days after your order is received provided that it is unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging with all included documentation, pieces and accessories intact.

To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us at info@woodhillboards.com to obtain your return authorization. If your return is approved, we will notify you by email and attach a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be approved for exchange or refund.

Refunds are made with the same payment method used for purchasing the item. Please allow the customary processing delays before you see the refund posted to your banking statement.

Shipping fees will only be reimbursed in case of a manufacturer defect or an error made by Wood Hill Boards Inc.

Special orders and final sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at info@woodhillboards.com if the item is damaged, presents any defect or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and provide the appropriate solution.
